"I was feeling down, stuck, sick of feeling sick
and I came across a facebook post from Julie talking about candida. I had been driving myself crazy trying to get rid of candida and my digestive issues for over a year and was desperate to try anything. The moment I walked in the door I just felt a massive weight lift from my shoulders, her warm and welcoming energy is something I look forward to every time I come for an appointment. We discussed the issues I was having, the emotional connection to them and manifestation of the problems I was experiencing.
I spent two hours with Julie for my first session. I felt so relaxed and calm afterwards and she outlined exactly what I needed to do. I knew it wasn’t going to be easy but I knew I wanted to heal my body for good. It took six weeks of living off a very strict list of foods, learning how to calm my mind, practising loving myself and visiting Julie to help with the emotional blockages along the way. Anytime I was feeling like I couldn’t do it, or felt like giving up she was on the phone to me and brought me back to centre. I had tried every candida cure under the sun and spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on tablets and ‘cures’ but I can honestly say that after six weeks I felt in my body and mind that I was truly free from candida. The symptoms were gone, I felt anxiety free, for the first time in my life I felt like my body was working at 100% and after 24 years of not knowing how to, I finally can say that I love myself. 3 months on and I can now eat whatever I like with no digestive issues, breaking out in a rash, bloating or constant sick feeling!! The only difference is, all the food I was craving before I now only want on the odd occasion. I enjoy preparing healthy nutritious food but on the occasion that I do want a doughnut, I enjoy every last bite with no guilt or worry that I’m going to be in constant pain for the next twelve hours!!
After my six week program Julie had told me that I was doing great and that I no longer needed to visit her, which I have not listened to at all and will continue to see her for as long as I can because she honestly is a miracle worker. I am truly grateful for everything Julie has done for me. I have recommended my friends and family to see her and would just like to say that if anyone is feeling stuck or knows they need a change but doesn’t quite know how to get there, all I can say is that this woman will change your life!

Julie Marsh is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Holistic Health Practitioner with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families to improve their health and wellbeing. Her approach blends evidence‑based nutrition with nervous‑system‑aware care, kinesiology and gentle mind‑body practices.
With training in Nutrition & Dietetics (Hons), Holistic Health Sciences, Kinesiology, Yoga, Tai Chi and Qi Gong, Julie brings a deeply integrative perspective to her work. She supports clients with gut health, women’s health, chronic conditions, food intolerances, emotional stress and long‑term fatigue through a calm, compassionate and whole‑person lens.
Julie is committed to ongoing learning and professional development, continually expanding her skills in lifestyle medicine, behaviour change, mind‑body therapies and emerging areas of integrative health.
